Your Data in Master Path 360
Your pre-health information is private by default.
You control many sharing settings — parents and advisors only see what you allow.
Schools and advisors only see information allowed by their role, institution agreement, and permissions.
Your private reflections and Ask Path360 conversations are not automatically shared with parents or advisors.
Important: No Patient Information
Master Path 360 is a pre-health education platform. When tracking clinical experience, shadowing, scribing, or research, do NOT enter identifiable patient information — no patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, or patient images. Describe what you learned without including identifying information.
- •Account information: name, email, user role, education stage, graduation year, and the policy versions accepted at registration.
- •Pre-health profile data: pathway, career interests, activities, goals, experiences, leadership, certifications, awards, and skills.
- •Academic data: courses, grades, prerequisites, GPA, and testing information.
- •Experience data: clinical experience, shadowing, research, service, employment, and hours.
- •Application data: programs, essays, letters, interviews, and decisions.
- •Documents: resumes, portfolios, transcripts, certificates, and application materials.
- •Institution data: advisor notes, cohort membership, and institution milestones (when applicable).
- •Optional usage data: product events collected only when Basic Usage Analytics is enabled.
This Privacy Center summarizes the controls currently available in Master Path 360; the Privacy Policy governs the service's data practices. It is not a legal compliance certification. School use requires separate legal, technical, contractual, and access-control review before student records are connected to an institution.
